David Garrett, GIS Specialist
David Garrett creates map products derived from multiple data sources and performs spatial analyses in support of natural resources and land use planning projects.  He utilizes Global Positioning System (GPS) technology and GIS software to analyze data collected in the field. He analyzes field data and produces maps, graphics, and tables to assist in the clear depiction of wetland delineations, habitat distribution, constraints analyses, and other natural resource assessment projects. He is accomplished in the use of ArcView®, ArcGIS®, Global Mapper®,  Adobe Photoshop®, Microsoft's Office®, and other data analysis tools.  

Laura Hesse, Production Coordinator
Laura Hesse has more than twenty years experience in word processing and document production.  Utilizing her expertise in Microsoft's Office® suite of products and Adobe Illustrator®, Photoshop® and Acrobat®,  she edits, formats, prints, binds, and ships both planning and biological reports, including EIR's, Biological Resource Assessments, Wetland delineations, and arborist reports.  She also assists in the production of graphic exhibits and figures used in these documents, as well as the set up and quality control of complex spreadsheets and data reports.
